Beachfront property on a Seychelles Island
The Saint Anne Marine National Park was designated in 1973 and was the first such park in the Indian Ocean. It encompasses 6 islands off the coast of Mahé near Victoria. It is home to more than 150 species of fish and magnificent underwater life. No motorized water sports are permitted in the park.

Discovered on Ste Anne's day it was colonised before Mahé. The largest Island, it is government owned and has a 4 Star hotel and golf course. St Anne is now one of the most important nesting sites for Hawksbill turtles.

A government owned island. It used to have a minimum-security prison. This has been moved and now there is a new 5 star hotel under development.
